Be Well’s event last weekend at The Princess was a blast! Def going again next year.
There's a ton of fun stuff going on for Easter this weekend. Let’s dive in.
SCOTTSDALE SNAPSHOT
Wine Fest Returns to Salt River Fields

Mark your calendars because Uncorked: Arizona Wine Festival is back at Salt River Fields this Saturday, April 4th! This is easily one of my favorite spring events in Scottsdale.
You'll get to sip and swirl over 100 wine from around the globe while eating local food truck favorites and dancing to a live DJ.
VIP tickets ($100) get you earliest admission at 5:30pm plus exclusive field access for batting practice (or just epic photo ops). General admission ($65) starts at 7pm and includes tastings from more than 40 wine brands. The event benefits AZ Small Dog Rescue, so you're supporting a great cause while having a blast.
Arizona Arte Agave Festival This Friday

Calling all tequila and mezcal lovers (me!)! The Arizona Arte Agave Tequila and Mezcal Festival takes over The Clayton House this Friday from 6-9:30pm. This is THE agave event of the year.
You'll taste over 100 premium tequilas and mezcals, plus craft cocktails and incredible eats from local spots like Que Suave Tacos and Willie's Taco Joint. Live mariachi music, folkloric dancers, and an artisan marketplace round out the night. VIP hour includes rare pours like Tears of Llorona and El Bandido Yankee Plata 47 High Proof. Tickets sell out every year, so grab yours now. A portion of proceeds goes to Nadia's Hope Equine Rescue.
Easter at Hunkapi Farms

Looking for something fun to do with the kiddos this Easter weekend? Hunkapi Farms is hosting Easter at the Farm on Saturday, April 4th from 11am to 1pm.
The event includes egg hunts for children 11 and under, farm tours where kids can meet and feed horses, pigs, cows, chickens, and donkeys, plus an egg toss tournament (winner gets a prize!). Adults get in FREE and tickets are per child. Aioli Gourmet Burgers and AZ Lemonade Stand will be on-site. Don't forget to bring your own basket! A portion of proceeds supports Hunkapi's equine therapy programs.
Sounded fun and wanted to share!
TOGETHER WITH QUANTUM RED
Quantum Red is where I go for all my red light therapy, I love that they make it super easy. Their self-serve membership model means you get 24/7 access via their app, so you can squeeze in a 10-minute session whenever it fits your schedule
Their model is simple and perfect for busy schedules like mine. Quantum Red operates as a self-serve membership studio, which means once you’re a member, you get app access straight to the treatment rooms. No waiting around at a front desk. No long appointments. Treatments are quick, powerful 10-minute sessions, and you’re in and out.
Consistency is key with red light therapy. Quantum Red recommends 2 to 3 sessions per week, and many members go even more often. I’ve made it part of my regular routine and love how easy they make it to stick with.
For the first two months, Scottsdale Scoop subscribers get 50% off their membership.
LOCAL BUSINESS OF THE WEEK
Yellow Spruce Roasters

I absolutely love Yellow Spruce Roasters and it's become my go-to spot whenever friends visit from out of town. The Old Town location pulls off this really cool day-to-night concept where you can grab specialty coffee in the morning and come back for wine and espresso martinis in the evening.
They roast their beans locally and you can taste the difference. Beyond the excellent coffee, friends I bring always end up buying their merch. They've got awesome shirts that make for great gifts or just a solid addition to your own collection.
They've also got a kiosk at the Scottsdale Civic Center Library if you need your fix on the go!
DATE SPOT OF THE WEEK
Uchi Scottsdale

If you haven't been to Uchi yet, this is your sign. James Beard Award winning chef Tyson Cole brought his omakase experience to the desert and it's worth every penny.
The name means "home" in Japanese and they nail the vibe. There's an intimacy here that most sushi spots just can't pull off. Whether you're at the bar watching the chefs work or tucked into a table, the whole experience is designed to feel personal. The menu blends traditional Japanese with modern creativity in ways that keep surprising you.
My recommendation? Go for the omakase or one of the tasting menus and let the kitchen guide you. The pacing is perfect for conversation.
